Participants: Delegates from Russia and Mongolia; funding agencies, USSCN scientists. ~ 30 people

Workshop Objectives: Provide a venue for participants to present and discuss current resource management challenges faced in their region; Establish dialog with funding agencies; Prioritize areas of cooperation, and identify scenarios, potential solutions, and how foreign partners can assist in future efforts.
